Gethar: Meet & Earn merges gameplay with a social platform, placing a strong emphasis on communication tools. The application is equipped with modern communication features, enabling users to interact as if they were at real-life meetings, but in a digital environment.
The platform offers various chat channels for messaging:
Global interest-based chats to connect with users across Gethar.
Local room chats, visible to everyone in the same virtual space (similar to MMO game chats).
Private messages between friends or guild members for direct communication.
Users can exchange text, emojis, links, share game achievements, or negotiate deals—all within the app.
Gethar features high-quality built-in voice chat with multiple options:
Voice channels for group discussions or direct calls between users.
Room-based voice chat, where users automatically join the audio conference of a room they enter, simulating real-life presence. Users can "walk up" to a group and hear their conversation.
Private voice calls available outside of rooms for one-on-one conversations.
The platform also supports video communication, enabling users to:
Make one-on-one or group video calls (up to 5–10 people for virtual conferences).
Host live streams during events, where organizers can broadcast within a room.
